Terms & Conditions     

I offer a generous 30 days no questions asked return policy.  After this time period I will repair or replace any defects free of charge for the first year. Burned out coils due to stuck play fled switches are not considered defects and are not covered under the free repair policy. I also assume all shipping risks for items shipped from me to you. If a unit does not show up after 30 workdays you have the option for a full refund or having a new unit sent for free.  If the unit shows up damaged I will repair or replace the unit free or charge. If the original unit shows up eventually you are responsible for returning one of the units to me or you have the option to purchase the additional chime unit. The buyer is responsible for all return postage regardless of reason or fault.

Shipping times shown on this website or mentioned in correspondence are strictly estimates based on previous shipments but are not guaranteed times. All shipping is the standard non tracked shipping option done via DHL. Shipments outside the EU are sent via air mail. DHL may or may not be the final carrier outside of Germany. If you wish your chime unit to be sent with tracking or express shipping this can be arranged on an individual basis by contacting me via the contact page on this website. You will be responsible for covering all costs for these additional shipping options. Your order is not shipped until payment has been confirmed received by my bank or other clearing service. 

Prices are shown in Euros. If you are outside of the Euro zone and would like a quote in your local currency with local bank details in your country please contact me via the contact page.
