Shipping:
Free untracked shipping by standard mail for chime unit orders except for orders going to the USA.
Untacked free shipping available for most other countries for chime unit orders.
Tracked airmail is also available upon request at extra cost. Please ask for a quote for this option via the contact page.
For spare parts in general all orders under 60 Euros have a flat 10 Euro shipping fee regardless of destination with the exception of the USA but please request a quote via the contact page. Depending on shipping location and quantity free shipping may also be available for some orders.
Typical shipping times are*
- Germany : 2 - 5 workdays
- Europe: 7 - 10 workdays
- USA: 10 to 15 workdays
- Australia: 10 to 25 workdays
- UK: 7 - 20 workdays

*All given times are estimates based on our experience of previous shipments and are without guarantee. Shipping times are typically longer during the Christmas Holiday Season, the month of August (due to European Summer vacation) or during postal strikes.
Shipping for US destinations: Due to the recent executive order "SUSPENDING DUTY-FREE DE MINIMIS TREATMENT FOR ALL COUNTRIES" from the Trump administration going into effect, free shipping to the US is no longer possible until further notice. The main reason for this is due to the somewhat haphazard implementation of the order and imposing the unusual requirement that the sending foreign postal entity assess tariff amounts and "pre-pay" or collect tariffs from the sending person or company and transfer the collected tarifs to the US government before the item is shipped. Traditionally the US customs would do this assessment and collect the tariffs from the recipient of the shipment. Since the technical details of how this exactly should work have not been clearly defined by the US and agreed upon with the US and other countries postal services for packages from most countries to the US have been suspended.
The only option for shipping at this time is to use private shipping company that supports DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), where the shipper covers all import duties and taxes upfront. Costs for shipping this way will vary depending on the exact destination in the States but prices seem to currently run between 80 to 100 Euros. Add on top of this the current EU tariff rate of 20% and a chime unit might cost you up to roughly 259 Euros (or about $305) instead of the previous 139 Euros ($163).
