Shipping:

Free untracked shipping by standard mail within Europe for chime unit orders.  

Untacked free shipping available for most other countries for chime unit orders.

Tracked airmail is also available upon request at extra cost. Please ask for a quote for this option via the contact page. 

For spare parts in general all orders under 60 Euros have a flat 10 Euro shipping fee regardless of destination but please request a quote via the contact page. Depending on shipping location and quantity free shipping may also be available for some orders.

Typical shipping times are*

• Germany : 2 - 5 workdays 
• Europe: 7 - 10 workdays
• USA:       10 to 15 workdays
• Australia:  10 to 25 workdays
• UK: 7 - 20 workdays

workday = Monday to Friday excluding public holidays
